Motor rewinding and repair

Complete rewinding of stators and rotors of asynchronous motors of all brands up to 300 kW. We use class H insulation systems and vacuum-pressure impregnation, so that a repaired motor has a service life comparable to a new machine.

Balancing and vibration diagnostics

An unbalanced rotor shortens the life of the bearings and the whole drive. We dynamically balance rotors, fans, impellers and couplings in our workshop or at the customer's site, and vibration diagnostics let us detect a fault before it stops production.

Gearbox service

Frequency inverter service

We provide service for SIEMENS SINAMICS and DELTA frequency inverters, which smoothly control the speed and torque of asynchronous motors in pumps, fans, conveyors and production equipment.
